WILHELMFOTO.COM

Your privacy.

This is Wilhelm’s photo album community. Google sign-in shares your basic profile name, email address and Google account identifier with this website. We use them to create your membership, recognize you when you return, and manage access to the albums.

Wilhelm can see members’ names, emails, joining dates and latest visits, approve VIP requests, grant or remove VIP access, and suspend memberships. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail or Google Photos.

Messages you send in the VIP chat are stored with the website and shown with your first name or chosen chat nickname to current VIP members and Wilhelm. You can remove your own messages from the room; Wilhelm can moderate any message. Removed messages are hidden from the conversation but may remain in storage until account deletion or a separate deletion request.

Photo reactions are saved with your account. People who can view the photo can see its reactions with first names or chosen nicknames. Your digital VIP pass uses this same name and can be viewed from your signed-in account.

VIP invitation records link the member giving an invitation with the account that accepts it, so regular VIP members can invite one person, Ultra VIP members can invite multiple people, and Wilhelm can manage membership access.

A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Login verification uses a short-lived cookie. Membership and access records are stored with the website through its hosting service. Signing out removes your current session.

Album covers are public. Full albums and individual photos follow their member, VIP, Ultra VIP or owner-only access settings. Please do not redistribute private photos without permission.

To ask about your information, request account deletion, or report a photo you want removed, contact wilhelm.parvinen@gmail.com.

Party attendance is stored with your account. Signed-in members can see your Going or Maybe response with your nickname or first name. You can change or remove your response.

Basic site analytics record page paths, album and photo opens, and timestamps using a random browser-tab identifier that renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. Analytics do not store your IP address, precise location, query strings or Google account identity. Only Wilhelm can see the activity dashboard. Do Not Track is respected.
